Grains are Genetically-Modified-Organisms Poison that have a serious impact on our health, just as Dr. Davis has proven at his web site above. Humans evolved to become meat eaters over the last 3 million years. Hunter-gatherer peoples from 10,000+ years ago were primarily meat eaters, and gathering eggs, nuts, fruits, veggies and whatever else they could gather to eat. Dr. Fuhrman is just another vegetarian. It is the vegetarians that are sickly, not people on the Paleo Diet. So we can agree to disagree. You the sickly Vegetarian, and me the healthy Paleo Person.

PS) Why do we even have a Gallbladder? Answer: To create Bile to digest FATS & FATTY MEAT. Fat & (fatty) organ meats were prized by our ancestors because of its energy content.

Suffering vegetarians all end up getting their Gall Bladders removed sooner or later because they collect sludge & stones from not being used! Old saying, if you don't use it, you LOSE it. Especially true of the gall bladder. When the body senses FAT in our digestion, the Gall Bladder squeezes out enough bile to break down the fat. Vegans never eat meat, so the gallbladder becomes withered & sick from not being used. Sludge & stones form.

We have a Gallbladder because we are MEAT EATERS. Natural animal fats are GOOD, artificial oils are BAD.
