Antibiotics for 2 years???? OMG, your immune system is probably shot by now. Antibiotics wipe out your gut flora with serious consequences. You need to stop the Antibiotics and restore your gut flora with some good prebiotics & probiotics. You need to take 10,000 IU Vitamin D3 to boost your immune system,

Your doctor should have a VERY good reason to keep you on antibiotics for so long. He may have good reason, I don't know. I do know that antibiotics are devastating to our health, and are usually not needed for more than a week. I would seriously question your doctor on the need for antibiotics for so long and demand an alternative.

I also have dizziness, and a pain behind my left shoulder, and my left fingers hurt when I am hyper. I have been on Methimazole for about a year.

I also should mention that I now also have a problem with extreme dry eye. I went to an eye specialist, he did not feel it was Graves Eyes disease. I have not found any relief yet. I have had some horrible stomach problems that have passed . I have been taking l-glutamine.

I also had tooth problems, when I have not had a cavity as a adult. These sinus and tooth infections to me then led to the hyperthyroid, but none of the doctors listen about this. They have had me on antibiotics off and on for two years.

I appreciate any input. Are you a volunteer . I just came acrross this website last night
