Congratulations on shrinking your goiter so significantly! I too have had a 7cm x 4cm multinodular goiter which is shrinking using the Iodine protocol for 2 years. I've been scheduled for Total Thyroidectomy twice but canceled wanting to keep my performing gland and not be dependent on hormone replacement.

I think I am getting to the point where I will be able to swallow larger pills again soon, which is a big celebration for me.

A question for you, which multi-vitamin are you taking and also what brand of NAC do you use and tell me more about the whey protein please. I'd like to have a 60% reduction myself.

I take 196 mg Lugol's Iodine plus companion nutrients each day.
