Yea I have gone weeks of having 8+ tablespoons of coconut oil per day. It didn't seem to do much.
I did feel better after a short coconut oil and lemon fast a while ago but my body needs nutrition so I don't really want to have to do it regular, and it's not nice, ever since that fast I have found coconut oil quite horrible.
I still add it to regular meals as often as I can.
