Yes, I have had weeks were I would just eat chicken breast and coconut oil or just scrambled eggs. or just a small range of fruits.
Gas does not seem to be my main problem at all. Some foods give me gas, some give me painful gas, but others I'm 99% sure give me no gas problems yet I still get the bloat (got fairly bloated yesterday from drinking 1 cup of stew juice). I think my bloating is due to swelling/inflammation/protection of my gut from something (Long lasting ulcer?).
