I had a small amount of himalayan pink salt this morning and it was strong to the taste so I do not think I need high the doses however I will keep it up due to the aforementioned benefits that I did not know about.
I tested negative for the h pylori stool test. I have also taken Manuka Honey and mastic gum before and it had no effect/die off. I will look into protozoa infection.
I bloat slightly when I drink plain water but don't get gas. I have no idea what's happening with my stomach acid as I have taken ridiculous amounts of betaine at meals (18,000mg) and on an empty stomach with no burning except at these doses I get some acid reflux???
Will try a (high?) kefir enema soon. Also I have taken apple cider vinegar a lot with no difference.
