Re: Digestive issues after eating. Tried all alternative solutions.
I also thought and wanted it to be due to h pylori or low stomach acid because it fitted the symptoms so well. I have however tried to treat both these alignments quite thoroughly to no avail.
For h pylori/ulcer I have tried mastic gum, DGL (liqurice root), l-glutamine, broccoli sprout extract, cabbage juice, garlic, manuka honey, and these are only the ones I can think of.
For Low Stomach Acidity I have tried apple cider vinegar, iodine, b vitamins, niacin,
Sea Salt , betaine, digestive enzymes, no fluid around meal times, food combining, etc. I have also heard that in the rare case you are overproducing you could feel no burn at even real high doses and actually be heavily damaging yourself.
It seems to be best to just do the tests to see if it is these as this would be safer. The problem is persuading the docs to give you the tests. I have an endoscopy due, the docs said they would send a letter through with details but that was a month ago. sigh.
Gallbladder is also definitely something to look into although all the symptom lists say extreme pain which I do not have.
Just to clarify I do not get gas from water, just bloating. Also I get little gas from most foods so I do not think that is the problem.
I get lower abdominal bloating that seems to peak just below the belly button. Is this small intestinal based?
Will also look into hydrogen peroxide however I have already tried
Lugol's iodine.
The think with
Liver Flushes is most flushes involve taking lots of olive oil which is supposed to come out of the other end as just hardened bile olive oil and not
liver stones . It seems a bit scammy to me.
