Re: Digestive issues after eating. Tried all alternative solutions.

I plan on eating just powdered eggs for a few days to see if small volume, high energy, easily digestible food helps.
I have liquidized and puréed my food before and it still brought about the same symptoms. I ate just bone broth for two days once and got bags under my eyes and dizziness when standing which hasn't left since.

It seems that the least time the food spends in my stomach and intestines the less worse the symptoms.
I did take betaine + digestive enzymes before and I still had the same symptoms and felt no burning whatsoever even at extremely high doses. All it did was give me slight reflux and made my BMs burn. Someone else told me they had a similar reaction and when they where tested it turned out their stomach pH was too low.

No rash though.

If I eat normal foods I have a BM every 4 days roughly.
If I drink kefir and eat just yoghurt its usually everyday.
Drink kefir, kombucha, pro biotic yoghurt. These seem to help my BMs but do nothing for everything else.
I have experimented with high doses of most vitamins/minerals (vitamin a, d, all B's, iodine, magnesium, Sea Salt , zinc, omega3 and lots more) to see if a deficiency seemed to be causing me trouble but none got rid of the symptoms.

Not took any Glutathione nor done any liver flushes. There seems to be a lot of people saying the flushes are scams
