Hi. Like many of you, I have had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to find a doctor in the U.S. to prescribe or work with me in taking the three med cocktail therapy recommended by the CDD. Has anyone located a doctor in the U.S. who can assist? Please advise. Its been over two years and I'm really at wits end. Thanks for any assistance.
