Re: Blastocystis Hominis Nitazoxanide/Furazolidone/Secnidazole cocktail therapy

Hello ! I want to share my experience .After 10 years of suffering I finaly took triple drugs as follows :

The triple drugs treatment are as follows :
Nitazoxanide 1 tab 500 mg 2 time a day ,( brand name is Alinia)
Furazolidone 1 tab 100 mg 3 time a day (brand name is Furoxone)
Secnidazole 1 tab 400 mg 3 times a day ( don’t remember exactly if it is 100 or 500 mg) (brand name Flagentyl,Sindose)
All 3 drugs should be taken at once after the meal 3 times a day (exept for nitazoxanide which is taken twice a day) .

I took it for 14 days instead of 10 . I had nothing to loose and .. you know that Blasto is hard to get rid of .

THe drugs cource was awfull . I felt nausea and general weakness all the 14 days . But it helped . After the treatment I did about 20 stool tests within one year and all the results where negative ! But it took at least 4 month after the treatment till I began to feel somewhat better .And I am still not 100% back to normal . But feeling better . I think I have 50-70 % improvement !

. Obviously - the addition health restoration methods will be required .Such as bowel and Liver Cleansing , microflora restoration , a special diet .


Avoid fruit, sweet foods, refined carbs/starchy foods and greasy/fried foods for at least 6 weeks post treatment...Try and stick to a diet of steamed veggies, fish, eggs and legumes + pure water.
Also take good probiotics for 3 month after the Antibiotic course .(But first make sure the blasto is gone !) I wish You a successful treatment and as good heath as possible !
