Here is a simple suggestion:
1. Get an online fax account (smartfax.com is a great option; you can use them free for one month, provided you cancel before the month is over).
2. Create a standardized letter to doctors, explaining your situation, and that you are looking for a doctor to assist you to receive services from the CDD. Explain what this entails.
3. Go to maps.google.com. In the search engine, type 'md', 'fax' and the name of your city (ie: 'London'). This will generate a list of doctors in your area, together with their fax numbers. You should be able to send your fax to sixty doctors in your area. Altogether, if your experience is like mine, it will take an hour or so to send this.
4. Otherwise, contact the CDD and see if they have worked with any doctors in your area.

I am on the cocktail right now (Day 4) and have seen a great reduction in symptoms. It's too early, of course, to say more. Tweet
