I just ordered the triple therapy from medicinesmexico.com plus iodoquinol as the followup.

I have tested for b.hominis consistently in the past and was treated separately with flagyl and iodoquinol. both releived symptoms temporarily. Flagyl was painful, expelled all kinds of mucus, had flu like symptoms. No side effects with the iodoquinol.

Been suffering from this for close to 20 years. I either got it in europe drinking untreated water from a fountain or from neighbor's dog (dog cleans self, dog licks me inside mouth... yes gross)

I am not looking forward to go through this treatment. I am going to try do this while on vacation to minimize having to deal with it, but will hopefully emerge on the other end ok.

I read the other post about seeking a tropical medicine doctor, but that could be hard to find where I live.
