I did and it was so easy I didn't even think I had got it. I just grabbed a string and bam there it was I didn't think I even had a grip on it til I saw it. I was like wow!! I washed both hands and arms with antibacterial soap first but it was the easiest thing I have done plus saved me $150 bucks....i say do it yourself..still no side effects either...good luck to all
