I had the worst cramps all night...not just the menstrual kind but vaginal, which I've NEVER experienced. I woke up and felt something odd when I peed and realized my IUD fell a bet. I reached up and with my pointer and middle I grabbed the strings and positioned them...then I put my pointer and thumb in and pulled until it came out. No pain, no problem...3 seconds!

I HATE the Mirena with my whole heart and the reason I never had it removed before was because I wasn't sure of my next step for BC...I have not read up enough on anything. Because after hell with the Mirena, I'm not willing to risk my health ever again so I will get well educated before my next BC.

So glad the f**ker is gone
