You can find it on Amazon or EBay. Many other places on the web but these are the cheapest. Regular strength is all that's needed. Grab a bag of empty veggie caps too - many put drops right into water and take that way, we find it sticks to the glass. Very bitter but a drop under the tongue does wonders for me. Helps with the junk (glue) in the back of my throat. Lots of happy people at Amazon posting results. Good stuff Maynard :)

Mold / fungus is everywhere I guess. Here in the SWest it's in the dirt. Construction stirs it up, wind carries it around. There's even a cute little name pinned to it when people get sick from it - valley fever. We get massive dust storms here in AZ as well. Many people get sick just after one rolls through.

Anyhow, can't hurt to grab a small thing of it and try. That and a 250 bag of empty veggies will run a bit over $20. Toss in a nasal spray (sinu-orega) and you're right around $35. That spray cleared up our bad sinuses like nobody's business!
