Also, I fully intend on going gluten free, maybe even grain free but that wil be really hard. I have gone completely organic and only clean eating and that made me feel about 30-40% better but fatigue was still a major issue and it was my largest ever grocery bill for one month! I since have been trying to fit it in my budget but that is not easy considering the amount of people in our household. Also, the only totally (almost) organic store is about 25-30 miles away which is fine because I can stock up on some things but not fine because I would need fresh produce a few times a week as I know organic goes bad faster. I am aware that organic, clean eating is a healthier and, down the line, cheaper alternative than bad health and doc visits and meds but I want to buy a house so bad I can taste it! We are working things in slowly.
Question: How do I get my kids the companion nutrients? My daughter could probably swallow them (she's 8) but my 6 and 3 yr old?
