Good for you for your dance to good health! Great that you take the lemon juice too!
For those who might have the powder form of magnesium citrate or not.
My mother-in-law lived to be 94 and she would drink a cup of hot lemon juice every morning.

It probably doesn't make a huge difference for most people but dissolving it first can help some individuals to increase bioavailability and reduce the side effects of intestinal upset, bloating and nausea.
To get it to dissolve more quickly you merely need to add an acid and hot water. The most common acid used for this purpose is
citric acid which is the same acid that makes lemon juice sour. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon to your
citric acid dose in hot water it is should dissolve within a few minutes. If you don't add hot water or lemon juice it may still dissolve with the low pH of your stomach when taken with a major meal.

You might think about getting D3, start with 2000 iu's and build up to 5000 iu's at night only. I lost several
pounds from taking it and it was the only thing that lowered my triglycerides. (spring valley brand at walmart)
Then there is K2 MK4 but that's a subject for another day!
