Re: New here - My (lengthy)story
I think that everyone needs iodine, especially women, especially young women with 3 small children! I am glad that you are feeling better:)
A friend's new GF has scoliosis and she was miserable the other night when we were hanging out, so I feel as though I've already "met" you:) Don't discount the scoliosis as a major causative factor(not saying that you are, BTW, just saying, don't). Did not take a whole lot of searching to find a story very similar to yours:

Also, in this Dr. Mark Starr audio he discusses Dr Kraus and his care of JFK & his chronic back pain:

Here's more info on Krauss:

Exercise is the common denominator here. Exercise, you've got. Perhaps you need to re-think that though and realize that you need to exercise to assist your body in dealing with the scoliosis. INTENT.
Kudos to you for refusing those poison pharmaceuticals. And congratulations for taking responsibility for your health. You will find that you receive a lot of advice, some will ring true, some will not be applicable. Take it all in, see what resonates. And read, read, read.
