i found that many times i had to stop everything in my journey to wellness and add things back a little at a time as needed. i have quite a bone-yard of half empty bottles of stuff i never really needed. once you start taking so much stuff its hard to tell whats doing you any good or not. that is also how i came up with that short list of things i always do, like breathing and iodine. in fact, i even had to teach myself how to get and stay hydrated and how to breathe to stay oxygenated and so forth. i was damn near dead at forty so i was doing almost everything WRONG. lol
hang in there with us and keep asking questions. the only dumb question is one that dont get asked. you will soon be your own and more importantly your kids doctor. kids desperately need iodine.
