TrickX & Ruffneck, did either of you do the meditation in conjuction with any therapist who could comment on what was happening? I've learned that like a liver you can't clean the mind up in one swoop.

TrickX it sounds like you put a lot of effort in there! It's great you'll have the tools to change your thinking once you figure out the root cause of your illness. Were you on any medication to control racing thoughts when you tried that meditation practice?
