Re: You're NOT saying ANYTHING. That's the whole problem.

Agree

Maybe... and maybe not... the happiest people I ever worked and lived around were those in a third world country where they averaged an income of $14 a month.
>>"...and, in any case, it's nowhere near the same thing. Glamourizing poverty calms the masses, sure, but what does that have to do with your claim of having but withholding information for the very good and development of the intended recipient?"<<
I am sure that your reference to *poverty* is due to the quote I used... and I think your idea of glamorizing poverty is a misinterpretation - in general, the more *things* that one *has* the greater their *stress*...
That is one reason why there is a great and strong minimalist movement in the world today... some discard unnecessary *things* in order to reduce the stress levels in their lives (stress causes illness)... it has the benefit of reducing consumption which is beneficial for the environment... and it snow balls from there. *giving away* your things to the poor has nothing to do with living in *poverty*.

IC and myself have shared a great deal of information - I do not think either one of us holds much back at all relative to the conversation... however, why should someone like me, struggle with someone like you when you will not even consider what is being offered?
