I disagree Grz, I think there are many people who do accept that they are responsible for the state of their own health, that is primarily the reason many people come to CZ.

What people do need when they first come here, is practical help. There is no point IMHO of telling people about things such as biological terrain, when they are suffering immediate symptoms, that need to be taken care of. Learning how to make good choices for your overall health, can come after.

If I was starving, I don't want or need to hear about all the good food I could be enjoying, if only I had built up my garden soil properly, planted the right plants in the right season, etc etc. I would want some actual food now, and I could learn all the rest when my immediate needs were taken care of.

Same goes for health, no point telling a sick person, all the health they could be enjoying, if only they had known about all this stuff before, and got their biological terrain sorted out.
