*methods* or *paths taken* are nuances... at least to me they are.

BTW - to all of the Candida people... do you sleep on a metal bed\frame? Do you have metal in your mattresses? Do you have wireless and other EMF\dirty electricity in your home\bedrooms? What about LED lights?

May want to look into that if nothing else, that you have given a fair, and dedicated try is working for you... especially those who may be EMF sensitive.

It may mean giving up your Cell Phone s and wireless devices.
