I think you should stop beating yourself up. It sounded more like a curious 12 year old girl wanting to see what a boy looked like.I highly doubt you caused your cousin any harm, if he even remembers.
It's not like he was being forced to have sex, you were just looking at his privates, he was a boy and you were a girl and it's normal to be curious.
In my humble opinion you should stop feeling ashamed and guilty for being a curious 12 year old girl and forget about it.
God has forgotten about it a long time ago and you keep reminding Him.
Forget it, it was nothing, you have nothing to be ashamed of, you have nothing to be guilty of, and nothing to be sorry for.
You were a normal 12 year old kid.
Now be happy and get on with your life :-)
