what I really meant to say about the way of eating that I have mentioned, is that it is NOT 100% organic raw...............Hygienists usually stick to about 80% raw and 20% cooked.
For example: baked potatoes, home-made soups/broths, lentil or nut roast, steamed vegetables with mashed potatoes, wholewheat toast with butter and the properly combined toasted sandwich are all fine.
