Hi Mouseclick and everyone else,

How would you like a diet plan that allows you to LOSE weight (or GAIN it if underweight), achieve your ideal BMI, achieve optimum health, AND give you freedom from disease.........................AND allows you to EAT AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE!!!

I know......................it sounds too good to be true, and if it is...............it usually isn't!!!

NOT this time however.

A Raw and preferably organic high-water-content diet that is PROPERLY COMBINED.

I have promoted this way of eating nigh on since I arrived at curezone.

It is there for the taking if you only research it a little.

BTW: Food combining is easy..........you get used to it and where it is just no trouble after a few short weeks.

ADVANTAGES..........
#1. Your digestion will improve enormously and where you will not experience that after meal fullness and bloating that so many people complain of.
#2. Your body will be satisfied nutritionally because digestion is at the maximum efficiency, with the absolute minimum of toxemia.....if any, which keeps your body free from disease. There is little point in fasting if the post-fast efforts are going to undo it.
#3. Proper food combining requires the absolute MINIMUM of digestive energy. BTW: the greatest drain on your energy IS digestion...........watch someone who has had a BIG lunch, and then watch them fall asleep within a half hour or so.........body energy is being drained BIG TIME!!!
