It's cathartic to hear other people going through the same thing - I wanted to let you know that it can happen, I now like veggies whereas I used to not (I responded to your post on the other thread about this). I like raw veggies w/hummus and I like them cooked in some ways. I'm lucky in that Hawaii has lots of food cultures here. If you put some effort in finding ways that you like to cook veggies, there is hope. I use restaurants as a crutch and also to get ideas of what I would like to cook at home. Good luck :)
