Thank you for replying to my post. The reason I chose to fast isn’t just for the weight loss it’s also for the cleansing aspect but most of all to re-educate my body to crave healthy real or natural food instead of all the processed junk I’ve been eating for many years.
I’ve done lots of research into this subject and I’ve learned so much from this forum but I haven’t read on this forum much about people craving natural healthy food after a fast. I probably shouldn’t have even asked the question of how long it would take to reset a persons tastes, I know we are all different, I was hoping to hear if someone had experienced this.
Anyway, thank you for the links, I’ll be reading them in the near future. I’m not in the extreme obesity category, I’ve never let myself get that far but I am in the overweight category and to get out of that for the rest of my life I need to adapt to the Natural Hygiene lifestyle. Once I finish the fast I will also be food combining, I feel it is the right thing for me.
I know this is off topic but the weight fasting forum doesn’t seem to ever discuss things like this and I feel too little is said regarding how to eat after the fast so I’m glad this has been brought up. Also the water fasting forum is where all the people with the most experience on fasting hang out (you, Steve and others) plus the weight fasting forum just cheer everybody on regardless of possible problems.
