I wouldn't take my words literally Chiron. There are a number of reasons I have chosen to do this plan rather than fast, some of which I have not mentioned on this forum. What I mean is I am first going to check out the diet thoroughly, as I did with fasting. Then when I am satisfied that it is safe, it works, it is the best thing, and where I can address practical issues such as obtaining the required foods (some of which I have never heard of) in the required form (canned, fresh, dried, frozen), and when I have finished off the food I have here now, then I will commit myself, just as I did with fasting.
