Re: Confused

Hi Chris,

I was in a rush yesterday, and may have gotten confused. I thought you were talking about me posting excessively about Fuhrman. I probably have, because I am quite excited about it and can't figure out where else to post. Plus he does advocate fasting, and I would imagine this is for health rather than weight loss. I have lots to read up on, including the book you mention, and if anyone can suggest a good place to post about this on Curezone, I would be happy to do so.

With regard to water fasting for weight loss though, not so sure. I tend to agree with Roooth having read her post, that you can't separate the two. I think people come here for weight loss because they get better advice, and if followed, that advice will benefit them in all ways. However when weight loss is their main intention and people prioritize it to the potential detriment of health, they may get offended by the advice or feel it's over protective, and move elsewhere in order to fulfill their objectives.

PS: I am not saying that people who post to other forums are doing it the wrong way! Fasting for Weight Loss for example is a quieter forum that is mainly for support and there is less tech talk there. That suits some, no harm in that.

PPS: Reason I am looking into this stuff is as a way of life, not weight loss. Though I understand that correct eating will lead to weight loss, and I presume that this includes fasting, as Fuhrman and Goldhamer both approve of it
