I wanted to tell you that I especially appreciate posts like this that show the realism of maintaining health and wait for someone who has been successful. Many successful weight losers give a happily ever after story with the "end" being perfect; this post shows how you can slip and that you are still altering and adjusting to maintain your weight. I too have gone up and down a bit while having made overall progress and I too am interested in Dr. Fuhrman saying that the fake hunger and addictive tendencies will go away. This is key. I'll be interested to see what happens. I'm going to Border's today - hopefully they have the book there. :)
