anyajb12..Re: anyone who has fasted please help!

anyajb12,

Raine13 and John are quite right of course.

These members have a sense of humanity and altruism (like most people on this forum) which spills over from their posts, unlike your own, which are negative and probably psychologically damaging to those in real need, for whatever reason they participate in this forum.

This is not an exclusive club for those that "fast properly" but a forum to educate those who do not into proper living habits in achieving good robust health, and where fasting is a means to that end.
You must also have missed or misunderstood the logo for which curezone and this forum stands for "EDUCATING INSTEAD OF MEDICATING"!!

In addition, unless you can participate in a rational, constructive, and civilized manner, then there is no place for you here.

Let this be a warning to you.

For your information, I do not serve at the shrine of Shelton but to ALL those qualified and experienced personnel who have gone before us, and who have had far more experience than you with the fasting process, and where I for one would include myself within that category as having undertaken two prolonged fasts in the recovery from Leukemia, and over thirty years study of the fasting process and Natural Hygiene generally.

You are also ignorant of the fact that Copy/pasting serves a useful purpose in that it verifies my posts from professional and qualified sources and which reinforces my own opinions when I do offer them.

Your Quote......
"again, I ask for all you fasters.. how many of you are in *optimal* health? always on some fast? Anyone? you? haha do speak up.. I am very curious to know."

Answer...Yes. I am personally in optimal health.

I can sympathize with your "Anorexia" (loss of appetite) which is more correctly described as, and distinct from "Anorexia Nervosa" (loss of appetite brought on by psychological/psychiatric causes). If you suffer from the latter, then I suggest that your posts are a reflection of a disturbed state of mind and where you will need to seek out a remedial treatment other than the fast to correct it.

As for not thinking for myself anyajb12, my background and current occupation lie within the World of Academia which requires a great deal of independent thought and the ability to express an opinion, so in this respect I would say that I have far more experience in this respect than you would ever hope to.

Regards

Chrisb1.
