i agree with both posters above. i would like to add that keep small goals, such as I will eat more nature made foods and nothing for ten days. then you can say I will fast only for one day. If you succeed take that as inspiration and try two days, then three days and so on. feeding in between is very important.
Pizza is junk food. nature made foods will naturally reduce your weight. no meats either, even though some may call it nature made, it is very high protein for us two legged animals, especially those who are trying to clean their bodies.
