Now I need some tips from anyone who is willing to give it, As I sit here eating the slice of pizza that I will be able to eat within the next 2 months.
I need someone to help me out. I have tried fasting before and have always failed. I even wanted to start to today I got through all the wat to 6:0 pm before I eat something.
The longest I have gone has been 3 days.
Then I convinced myself that I need food.
I have to fast for 55 days. This is not an option. I need support to help me get through this. Now when you fast do u just drink water. Or do u have juice when u are weak?
Please if someone has successfully have gone longer than two weeks please give me tips and tricks they have used to get through it.
