You know what you remind me of? someone who quotes the bible.. and backs up the bible with people in that circle and never thinks for themselves.
always quoting. and quoting.. and quoting.. google does serve you well.
This will be the last time I reply to your nonsense.. go say your hail mary's to shelton's shrine and leave me be.

Initially you had some valid points and I do agree with the concept of tough love in certain situations. It is necessary for someone to figure out what is compelling them to gain / retain weight whether that be control issues, slave to taste buds, food addiction, etc.
Whatever the case, at the end of the day we are all responsible for what we consume. If someone has internet access and a problem with overeating, they probably aren't in a part of the world that has food shortages and when you think about the millions that will go to bed hungry, that alone should be a factor to shame someone into doing better with the life that God has blessed them with.
Chris walks his talk which is a lot more than many others in this world do. He's overcome a health crisis that many of us will never have to be confronted with. While he by no means needs anyone to come to his defense, he is modest. There's nothing wrong with quoting learned experts...especially when it's your own writing on an expert that's being referenced.
If you are in such robust health, perhaps it's time for you to ditch the Pear photo and put one up of yourself to show off the glory that is you. Myself, Jackie, Jaymz, Chris, Steve and Bella are all up front...maybe it's time for you to step out from behind the curtain.
