LOL im not gonna argue with obese people that think fasting is a quick fix and usually rebound into their habits.

Just a question to all who keep fasting and fasting are any of you in optimal health or in decent shape?

Didn't think so, in any case considering since I AM I will talk all I want.

Not eating isnt gonna break the reason why someone got obese and stuffs their face with 2 pizzas the night before their fast like its their last meal.

Kinda common sense. But I digress.
