Re: Individual choices
Hi, Lisa!
I did colon cleansing and
parasite cleansing pretty thoroughly before doing liver cleansing. I didn't do kidney cleansing at all, however. I did stop using shampoo (and still have dandruff like mad, although Borax is supposed to correct that...). I haven't used any soap that my wife didn't make in years. My toothpaste is now Sodium-Laurel-Sulfate free (and doesn't even foam). My deodorant is a solution of vodka and tea tree oil. I went to an almost vegan (but definitely vegetarian) diet, with a lot of raw vegetables, well before doing my first liver flush. I had dairy products occasionally, but mostly used soy or rice milk as a beverage. Cheese was my real weakness...
I have never experienced nausea from
Epsom Salt or grapefruit juice and olive oil. Not once.
It makes me wonder if the original poster might not be on to something. I'm not on her health plan completely, but I have adhered to it pretty closely (actually going above and beyond in some ways), and I've never been nauseous from a liver flush. Crampy, yes. Bloated feeling, yes. Nauseous, never.
Dr. Clark makes a point of stating that the only people who ever got sick in her practice of supervised
Liver Flushes were those who had not completed a proper
parasite cleansing (and thus colon cleansing) before doing the liver flushes. This doesn't mean that everyone who didn't do a thorough
parasite cleanse got ill, but merely that those who had gotten ill invariably had parasite issues.
Your arguments actually favor the original poster's assertion that you have to do the whole program, in the proper sequence. Here's why.
The blood
Sugar problems that you mention are related to pancreatic parasites, according to Dr. Clark. If you haven't done a lot of intestinal parasite cleansing (including raw garlic!), you might still have pancreatic parasites, which will help create those blood
Sugar problems. Clean up the
parasites from the pancreas, then your blood
Sugar problems should go away, and you won't suffer from blood sugar problems during your liver flush.
And if you're so toxic that you cannot handle a liver flush, then you probably haven't done a thorough colon and parasite cleanse! What else makes you "so toxic" except a toxic colon? Nothing! Toxic colon is the number one problem. That's why you need to do it first. And while you might not agree with Dr. Clark on milk, consider that
Dr. Schulze also starts with thorough colon cleansing as HIS first action, and he's completely vegan! And consider that Dr. Burroughs' Master Cleanser uses laxative teas and
Sea Salt & water drinks to clean the colon along with the fast -- again pointing out the vital importance of cleaning the colon as the first step. Dr. Burroughs is also vegan. So we have two different vegans and a milk-lover both telling you the same thing -- clean the colon first.
As to eating the wrong thing, if you eat the wrong thing (i.e. a food with fat in it), you should expect low or no results at all from the flush, since you won't have built up much bile pressure. I don't know if it will make you ill; I'd simply expect low results (although I have gotten marginal results when I'd done this once...).
Good luck with the borax! I'm still working up to that one!
