Yum Yum! Love almond milk. But I no longer eat cereal so I've not made it in a long time. I really love almondaise too. So much healthier than mayonaise. Bit of a mess to clean out of the blender though.

John I was kind of wondering if she might be recommending it being boiled for that reason. Or if she herself just isn't willing to give it up. Lots of older people won't go without it. And there are some few people who actually can digest the stuff. In any case your phrasing about it being steps is a great way to put it.

I agree all the health experts recommend getting rid of toxins in the environment and food. Or at least all the healthy food plans I ever followed did. Except Dr. Atkins. Guess it's his blind spot. But then again he is focused on healthy eating for people with blood Sugar problems, heart problems, and weight problems not on a healthy lifestyle. I find that each specialist focuses on thier area of expertise in thier books. And this makes sense as all the other trades do the same.
