Re: Individual choices to John
Hi, Lisa!
I
haven't been using Borax for shampoo yet. That's part of the problem, although I'm hoping my fasting is going to clean up this problem, too. We'll see.
As to "the only way", I don't want to put words into Hermit's mouth, but I didn't get that from what Hermit was saying. Instead, I got -- "Read the whole program and do the whole program before you dismiss the whole program. If you're having problems, the rest of the information can probably help you." Something to that effect. If you've already read the information and know what works for you and doesn't, then, of course, his comment doesn't really apply to you.
But I know that a number of folks who post here and want a quick fix or who just jump right into
Liver Flushing and then have problems and report the problems really need to look at what Hermit said. You can't just fix your liver in one shot (unless there isn't all that much wrong with it to begin with, or you get
really lucky), and if you're doing
Liver Flushes before you've handled other things first, then you should look into handling those other things first if you find that your
Liver Flushes aren't going as well as you'd hoped.
If it isn't Dr. Clark's methods (because you're already vegan, for example), then perhaps
Dr. Schulze 's methods, or someone else's, or (the best choice) develop a program of your own! Hermit does seem to favor Dr. Clark, and she's an excellent starting point for people trying to recover from the Standard American Diet.
(I know you know this already, however, so these comments aren't really directed at you, Lisa, but more toward the studio audience.)
I don't believe in "The One True Way", either. *wink*
