Sometimes I will buy some Rice Dream and occasionally I can find and Julie's organic ice
cream. But even they don't inspire me to keep eating them. As far as changing my diet, it slowly
started back in the mid eighties and has gotten progressively better. There is a co-op market
nearby that we buy a lot of organic fruits and vegetables from. We don't buy much from the big
chain markets. We may eat beef or fish about once a week, and chicken once or twice a month.
We don't like going out to eat anymore. We would rather eat at home. That way we know what
we are eating. Years ago when we were on vacation in Oahu, we found a good market that had a
lot of organic foods and a juice bar and I think a small deli. Have you check that out? Tweet
