Wrong approach to health
I read here in the
Liver Flush Forum about the nausea that people have and how bad they feel the
next day or two after the Dr. Clark flush.
This is just something to think about. My wife and I have both done them and do not experience
any of the above problems. We feel great the next day and many days after a cleanse. Maybe it
is because we followed her plans as laid out her books.
You know. Kidney, bowel,
parasite (herbal or Zapper or both) and then the Liver/Gall Bladder
cleanse. Plus we eat mostly organic food. None of it is fried. It is either raw, steamed or baked.
We try very hard to not have any fake foods in our diets. We drink at least 64
oz. of distilled
water a day. The idea of the cleanses is to clean one's body of toxic stuff and other nasty things
that might be in there (parasites). So why would one want to keep putting junk back in to their
bodies. I am talking about chlorinated water, processed foods, colas, artificial sweeteners
and how about the soaps and shampoos that you use. I know for some that change is hard but if
you are wanting to do a shotgun approach to feeling better it will only be temporary. If you want
long term good health you will have to change the things that you are doing wrong. Read Dr.
Clarks books. Don't rely just on the information on this site. It is very good but it is only the
highlights of what Dr. Clark has in her books.
Happy Flushing everyone.
