Hermit,
I did not anything was wrong until I had to go to the ER with lower abdominal pain about a year ago. It was then that they found gall stones, while looking at an ultrasound for another problem. I am surprised that they even told me about the gall stones. I had no symptoms so I thought no more about the gall stones. Then, in September I had a gall bladder attack. I was pretty sure what it was, because as soon as the pain started, I got on the computer and read. I did end up going to the ER, the pain was more than I could deal with. Of course they wanted to admit me and do immediate surgery. I declined, came home and did the flush that night with great results. I did the slow one....taking one hour to drink a cup and a half of olive oil and sipping the juice of two lemons. It was the best flush. I think one of the reasons that it worked so good is because I had not eaten at all, I was scared to eat and bring on another gall bladder attack. Thanks
Thanks so much for your encouragement. I am about to give up all diet coke. I read in Clark's book that it contains wood alcohol. I do not know what that is, but I plan to look for information about it on the internet. I am sorry that you had to give up your ice cream. Is there a substitute that you can do, like make your own? Home made ice cream is delicious. How long have you been on your new way of eating ?
Thanks so much!
