I guess the main thing was realizing that something was wrong with your health and you were wise enough to do something about it. Change is good. Take your time, have patience, keep
reading and you will see a change in your health. Since you have her book, read about wood alcohol and artificial sweeteners. Maybe that last diet coke won't be that hard to give up. I know how hard it is to make changes. I was there once myself. It took me about five years just to give up a basic food, ICE CREAM. Once in a while I
will break down and have a bowl. It just doesn't taste that good anymore and it will usually upset my stomach a bit. I would rather eat an apple or have some raw nuts.
Yes you do have a long way to go down the road. But at least you are on that road that most people will never see. Don't give up.
