Hermit, It is wonderful that you have been on this path for so long! Keep up the good work!
I have not found any places here to get organic food. The only place I have been to is the GNC store and it's inventory is pitiful, then did not even have ornithine. I know there must be good places here to buy foods, I just have not found them yet. I better start to look harder. We get veggies at Costco and Star Market. It is hard to get really fresh produce, what does not grow here comes in on a boat. I look at the sad vegetables and fruits for sale and wonder who would buy them? It takes a long time for me to grocery shop because of this situation.
