Re: Blastocystis H. and Dientamoeba F?

"I normally break out from high dosages of Iodine but I researched the atomidine and it’s supposed to be a mild form so it shouldn’t cause that problem."

If you start feeling worse after a few days or a week on atomidine, it is because your glands have too much toxins in them. In that case, you need to take an Epsom Salt bath after about 10 days on atomidine. One should start taking only one drop in the AM and one drop in the PM in half a glass of water, half an hour before any meal, and increase that by one drop per day to 7-8 or even 10 drops twice daily. Then go backwards to one drop twice daily. Then take an Epsom Salt bath. Epsom Salt bath is to be taken in warmest water you can tollerate with about 1-2 lbs of Epsom salt diluted in it (which should make for a saturated solution). You need to sweat in that bath as epsom salt will drain toxins out of your body through sweat glands. So if the water is not warm enough, you wan't sweat and nothing is achieved. The bath should last about half an hour to about 45min. Once done, you may feel weak, so take a quick shower and go to bed and take a good rest (you will probably continue to sweat). If you don't feel worse after starting Atomidine, then you may not need the bath. But even if you don't need it, it is not a bad idea to do it at least once. Of course, this under assumption that you don't suffer from high blood pressure or some other condition which would prevent you from taking a hot bath.

"I cut all the nuts and other stuff out of my diet today and felt a bit better."

You will feel even better during the next couple of days.

"Is it still okay to eat eggs or eggplant?"

Eggplant should be OK, although I haven't eaten it. Egg yolks are OK, egg white is not - it has strong proteins which are hard to digest, and will overburden your already burdened liver. So only egg yolks, and not too many of those.

" I also read someplace that pineapple kills tapeworms."

Don't know anything about that, but I doubt it.

" What about coconut oil."

I would stick to only purest olive oil, again due to liver being under too much stress. I tried a bit of coconut oil once and it made me nauseated so I stopped. Maybe after you get rid of parasites, as coconut oil is good stuff, but it is fat so it will burden the liver. Olive oil is the only type of fat that doesn't overburden the liver and actually helps heal our intestines.

" I find the index throws me off some because some of the lower index foods are in the restricted category, like some types of beans and yogurt etc. Even fructose was only 20 on the chart I saw, maybe it had errors."

I would definitely stay away from any type of beans (except green beans) as those are hign in all kinds of "bad" things including serotonin. Fructose is digested in liver so that needs to be avoided to (hence my recomendation to eat only grapefruit of all fruits), and yogurt also serves as food for protozoa, so we need to stay away from that too. Actually stay away from ALL milk products, including cottage cheese.

As for trying remedies, it is mostly a waste of time. If you don't know exactly what is bothering you, how can you help it? Knowing what I know now, I would do a parasite test first at
http://www.metametrix.com
(they call it something like GI effects stool profile) and then figure what to do. However, stick to your limited diet in the meantime to weaken the buggers as much as possible.
