As for foods, I think I explained it in that link, but just in general you need to stay away from pretty much everything yuo listed. First go by GI (glycemic index) of those foods, and honey is way up there, so it's a definite no-no. Stay away from spinach for other reasons, serotonine and kidney function among others. Stay away from anything like beans, and anything that grows underground like carrots, potatoes, and onions should be taken in minimal amounts. Garlic is OK.

No fruits either, except for grapefruit and lemon in water.

This leaves you with only chicken, fish, salads, and cooked green vegetables like string beans, brocolli and culiflower. Not much of a choice I know, but it's better then never getting better. You need to stick to this diet from now until you get better.

As for supplements, do NOT take vitamin B complex,only pantothenic acid, vitamin A, D, and some vitamin C.

I have also been taking Atomidine, 2 x 10 drops on empty stomach half an hour before meal. I started with one drop only and worked up to 2 x 10. I recommend that highly.
