That means that you can place an order for 8 packs of any medicine at one time. So if you need 16 packs, you place an order for 8 packs once, and then the next day you place another order for 8 more. I did that and it worked. They just cannot ship more then 8 in one day to one person, so they have to spread it over a couple of days.
