Keep saying that to him and he'll eventually get it. He's feeding off your anger. Time to diffuse the situation by not being defensive or mad. You know what you did, so screw him. Why do we let men play these stupid insecurity games with us? We are the sensitve gender, but so much more introspective than they. (any man reading this is excluded from that statement). Sometimes you have to recognize that the majority of them are not quite dealing with a full deck when it comes to relationships. That's why you have, or should have girlfriends. So that after the idiot starts ranting and raving about the most incredibly inane shit, you can call your girlfriend who will nod her head in agreement and validate every single thing you said. Sure you can practice meditation or EFT to get over your anger, but there is nothing like a girlfriend to let you get it ALL out. And you can talk endlessly about the stupidity, and they will tell you about their boyfriends stupidity. Thats what we do, am I right ladies?

And to the men who may be reading this, understand very clearly that there is very little you can do or say that your woman, even though she loves you, is not sharing with her closest girlfriends. Yep, they know pretty much everything. And there is not one thing you can do about it. It's in our genes. Scary, huh?

And you can always end the tidbit I wrote above with...."so, do you have a problem with that?"
