to answer my own question, but any other input would be greatly appreciated!
First off - I'm a guy. Second - I've been around for a while.
Why would a woman wish to lower her sex drive? The most vibrant, most open and honest females that I've been around in my life have not only acknowledged their high sex drive but embraced it (no pun intended). Hormones and sex are a gift from the gods and to deny them will cause one nothing but trouble. I've seen it over and over again and so have you.
The primary reason that men wish to control or subdue females is because - they can't keep up with them in bed! (Except perhaps Charlie Manson.) It's why they trash them, blame them when a child is produced (instead of themselves) and a host of other ancient male phobias.
Love what is truly yours and if you in fact have a hormonal issue - higher than norm, find that out for certain before cutting off an important part of your very existence.
You're not batty. What you are experiencing is your 2nd chakra - a part of your spiritual energy system - an energy center just below your naval. You and another person, have created a sexua| energy connection between the two of you (a guy in this case) and it is often times really pleasurable. First off, you don't have to act on it, you can simply enjoy it. Many folks turn on their 2nd chakra sexua| energy at the start of the day and simply allow it to run which creates a nice feeling throughout their entire energy system (which is what those who practice Tantra do). Second, what I've discovered is that the more pleasurable you find that sexua| energy connection to another person the more sexually compatible you are. That is, the more that you enjoy the same types of sexua| activities. You will find that this can happen with people you've never ever met before in your life while shopping in a grocery store, riding a bus, walking down the street, sitting at your favorite bar, etc. Again, you do not have to act on it because you as spirit are in control of your own reality. Also many times that other person would never acknowledge that they are either attracted to you or in fact horny. It's part of learning what we are doing as spirit which is different than what our body thinks we are doing. Also that 2nd chakra connection has nothing to do with love. Love is a 4th chakra/heart chakra attraction. People get really confused on this level.
These spiritual connections have no ethics. Zero. It is bodies which have imposed ethics and control. In the Garden of Eden story (which is found in many religions) it was Adam and Eve who "discovered" that they were naked. In fact, god quit walking with them as soon as they put on clothes. Speaking of ethics/religion Solomon's Song of Songs was almost left out of the bible because of its eroticism.
We as a society have been programmed to deny our bodies on many levels and it can cause all sorts of distress including anxiety, depression, and downright illness. A part of living is learning to give to our bodies in many ways from sex, to spas, to aromatherapy, to a walk in the forest, and on and on. Our fast paced fear based society has denied all sorts of body desires and caused a load of problems that aboriginal humans never had. Am not at all suggesting that we become aborigines but letting our hair down from time to time and enjoying our bodies however we do it is a healing too.

Cords have different meaning when they connect into different chakras. A cord going into your first chakra from another person usually means that they need some information on surviving. They could want money, food, or security from you. Small children receive survival information from their parents or whoever takes care of them. If this cord is severed, then the child is unsettled. The cord later is naturally removed when the child becomes self-sufficient and manufactures his or her own survival information.
Cords connecting the second chakra to second chakra in two people usually relates to attraction. A man or woman will send a line of energy into the second chakra if he or she is interested in the other person. I once saw a married woman who experienced energy cords into her second chakra from single men. Flirtatious co-workers and grocery store workers turned her on. She did not want these cords in her second chakra because she wanted to remain faithful to her husband. She realized that she had thoughts and pictures stored in her aura from earlier in her life allowing these energy connections into her.

I have no investment in "trying to get women to enjoy this" I've only posted what is. Many folks, both men and women in our society have literally cut themselves off from sexua| enjoyment because of the Victorian Era repression that still lingers with us today. (The circumcision of boys was promulgated during Victorian times because it was believed to discourage masturbation. It doesn't. In fact it dismembers more than 35% of all penile nerves and is simply a form of genital mutilation just as is practiced in the Eastern world on females. 75% of the time it is done without anesthesia - and believe me, bodies remember everything that has ever happened to them.) We've become a nation (USA) of fearful prudish masochists whose main pleasure is derived from bashing others be it mental, sexual, or spiritual. If you don't enjoy sex then don't pursue it. Those that pursue Tantric sex (I'm not one of them) do it as a spiritual pursuit and I see nothing wrong with it.
If you're aware of others invading your reality during their fantasies it is because you are allowing it. There are spiritual invasions and there are spiritual protections as well. You do not have to give yourself up spiritually any more than you do physically. Spiritual protection begins with grounding. I've been practicing spiritual healing and spiritual protection for many years and it is a process, a step by step process.
Yes I was sexually molested as a small child - by both genders of adults. Didn't even know it was "molestation" until I hit PTSD - which I successfully faced and cured with meditation. You are so right about awareness. It seems that those who have been abused the most have the greatest awareness and instead of viewing it as a curse I view it and all of my abuse as a fabulous gift. Through all if it, it has led to healing beyond anything that I could have ever imagined when I first began my spiritual healing journey decades ago - and my healing journey is not finished. Nobody's is or they wouldn't still be on the Planet.

Hey, I understand your problems.
I actually used topical tacrolimus for almost 5 months. It stopped the peeling but didnt stop the dryness, stretchiness and general discoloration that existed on my lips.
I have been living with EC for two years now. I am in the US. I was in grad school and very stressed out so I never really had to opportunity to really look into it.
However, now that I graduated and have started a job I have more time in my hands and have been reading curezone actively. I have an excel sheet with all my findings etc.
I have used a fusidic acid steroid cream, clotrimazole, taken antibiotics, applied lanolin and tons of other moisturizers for over the past two years and nothing has helped so far.
I will soon be trying out the liver/colon/kidney cleanse and I hope that would be my solution- if it is the real problem.
I have also started taking several supplements- including 400mg niacin, b complexes, Q10, vitamin E, EPO, fish oil, vitamin a etc. Its been a week or so since I started on this regime.
I just this week cut out grains/gluten and dairy from my diet. Hope to see some progress soon!
