I have been suffering depression/anxiety for about a year and half and have to say i find it extremely hard not having sex/self-gratification. However i have exprerimented in going without - as hard as it maybe- and when I do i defiently feel more calmer, more energetic and clearer in mind and speed of thought. I sincerely hope its only temporay as i have been overdoing it, and when my body repairs i dont have to worry about these things anymore.
